Consent to Personal Data Processing

By ticking “I agree to the personal data processing policy…” and submitting the form on poshedesign.ru, I freely and in my own interest give my consent to Timur R. Dzholov, sole proprietor, TIN 631405624830, OGRNIP 325632700176290, Samara, Russia (the “Operator”), to process my personal data on the following terms.

1. Data

• name;
• phone number and/or Telegram username;
• project details I voluntarily provide in the form.

2. Purposes

• responding to my request;
• consultation and preliminary cost estimate;
• agreeing terms and preparing a contract.

3. Processing

Collection, recording, storage, use, blocking, deletion and destruction, with and without automation. Data is not shared with third parties except as required by applicable law.

4. Duration & withdrawal

This consent is valid until the purposes are met (no more than 3 years from my last contact) or until I withdraw it. I may withdraw at any time by contacting the Operator by phone +7 987 914-69-97 or Telegram t.me/tdzholov_smr. The Operator then stops processing and erases the data within 30 days.
